Role Overview
Bluetyga is a Comfortable Techwear brand blending style, comfort, and innovation into everyday wear. From UPF50+ Sunscreen Jackets to wrinkle-resistant joggers and travel-friendly essentials, we design clothing that protects, performs, and adapts to modern urban lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute product placement strategies to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
Decide which products go to which stores/outlets based on demand, season, and sales patterns.
Analyse sales data, stock levels, and customer trends to make allocation decisions.
Work with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Coordinate with retail teams to align product placement with display and promotional activities.
Track performance of products by category, store, and season; recommend replenishment or markdowns.
Support seasonal buying and assortment planning.
Prepare product performance reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Fashion, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of mandatory experience
in merchandising, assortment planning, or product allocation in the fashion/apparel industry.
Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills.
Knowledge of fashion trends, product categories, and consumer preferences.
Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making ability.
