About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize, design, and execute new features
2. Conduct in-depth research on user behavior, industry trends, and competitor platforms (e.g., schools, colleges, foreign admissions)
3. Analyze user engagement patterns and propose actionable improvements
4. Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and user flows to articulate ideas clearly
Research and identify opportunities for innovation across the education sector and beyond
5. Monitor and report on product performance metrics to guide decision-making
6. Support in documenting product requirements and specifications

Other requirements
1. Background in product management, UX design, or a related field with some UI familiarity
2. Strong research and analytical skills with a proactive mindset
3. Ability to study trends in both the education industry and cross-industry platforms
4. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
6. Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and contribute
