Job Description

We are looking for a talented Product & UI/UX Designer who can transform our software into intuitive, user-friendly products that delight our clients.

Role Overview:

As a Product & UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process, from understanding user needs to crafting visually appealing interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance innovation with practical, effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Translate insights into wireframes, storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, and prototypes.
Design and develop graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and interactive components.
Build UI mock-ups and prototypes to clearly illustrate product functionality and look.
Create original graphic designs and present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, making adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing.
Ensure products are usable, accessible, and enjoyable for end users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy and goals.
Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all digital products.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma in Design or related field preferred.

Strong portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in Photoshop and wire framing/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is a plus. Good understanding of colour, typography, layout, and interactive design. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience Required - 2 plus years.

Salary Package- 5-7 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
