Job Title: Trainer
Department: Learning & Development/Training
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct engaging training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
2. Assess Training Needs: Identify skill gaps and training requirements through assessments and feedback.
3. Develop Training Materials: Prepare training manuals, guides, and presentations tailored to the audience.
4. Conduct Workshops & Sessions: Lead interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, and presentations to ensure effective learning.
5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Gather feedback and assess the impact of training on employee performance.
6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
