Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Trainer to train staff on home appliances and IT products. The role involves developing training materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring employees are well-equipped with product knowledge to improve sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-house and onsite training sessions on home appliances, gadgets, and IT products. Explain product features, specifications, benefits, usage, and troubleshooting. Create training content, presentations, manuals, and videos. Ensure sales teams understand product comparisons and selling points. Stay updated on new product launches and technologies. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback or refresher sessions. Support the team with product-related queries and demonstrations. Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams for updated information.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields. Experience in product training or sales (home appliances/IT products). Strong communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of product specifications and technology. Ability to simplify technical details for trainees. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
