Job Description

? Key Responsibilities:

Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions for showroom staff on new and existing products.

Ensure all team members are well-informed about product features, materials, usage, and design compatibility.

Develop training manuals, guides, and presentation materials.

? Customer Consultation:

Provide clear, accurate information to customers about products and their applications.

Assist clients in making informed choices that align with their interior design goals and preferences.

? Demonstrate product functionality and aesthetics.

Interior Design Support: Offer creative and practical interior design suggestions based on client requirements.

Suggest suitable product combinations based on space, lighting, and client taste.

Assist in developing layout plans or visual aids when required.

? Product Knowledge & Updates:

Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design and product innovations.

Coordinate with the procurement and product development team for updated information.

Participate in vendor product demonstrations and exhibitions.

? Other Duties:

Maintain an organized repository of product literature, samples, and design tools.

Provide feedback to the management on product performance and customer preferences.

Support showroom displays and merchandising efforts.

? Key Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in product training or design consulting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
