Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Product Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a

B.Tech graduate

with

strong communication skills

and a passion for learning and training. The role involves delivering product training to

new joiners as well as existing employees

, ensuring consistent and accurate knowledge across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product training sessions for

new employees, existing employees

, clients, and internal teams. Understand product features, updates, and technical functionalities thoroughly. Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and documentation. Provide post-training support by answering user queries and clarifying doubts. Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure proper knowledge sharing. Continuously update training content based on new features and enhancements.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently. Basic understanding of software/web applications (training will be provided). Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Quick learner with an adaptable and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech graduate (freshers preferred). Strong interest in training, technology, and product knowledge. Ability to take initiative and work in a team environment.

Pay: ₹17,443.03 - ₹39,961.33 per month
