Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and multilingual

Product Trainer

to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering product training across various regions, ensuring effective communication and understanding of technical and commercial aspects of the product among internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product training sessions for sales teams, retail staff, distributors, and partners. Design and update training materials, product manuals, and presentations. Train on product features, benefits, usage, competitive comparison, and troubleshooting. Perform on-site and virtual training as needed. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Coordinate with the product and marketing team to stay updated on new launches. Translate technical information into easy-to-understand content in multiple regional languages. Provide post-training support and refresher sessions when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Product Trainer (preferably in electronics, mobile, or FMCG sector). Proficiency in

Hindi and at least 2 South Indian languages

(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel across regions if required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline (technical background preferred). Ability to simplify technical content for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools. Good analytical and reporting skills. High adaptability and cultural awareness.
