We are looking for a Product Trainer responsible for delivering product training to both new and existing clients. The role focuses on client onboarding, refresher training, and ensuring effective adoption of the company's platform and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product training sessions for
new and existing clients
Support client onboarding through structured training programs
Deliver refresher and update trainings to improve product adoption
Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, guides, and SOPs
Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to stay aligned on product updates
Address client queries during training and provide basic product guidance
Collect feedback to improve training effectiveness
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of software / SaaS / logistics platforms
Ability to explain product features in a simple and clear manner
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace
Client-facing training experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Product Trainer, Product Specialist, or Customer Enablement role
Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or B2C platforms is a plus

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
