Job Description

o Conducts training sessions for new hire employees, Sales team, Dealers and Customers.

o Develops product knowledge and expertise for customers
o Develops training materials and programs.
o Assesses training needs and implements training programs accordingly.
o Measures the effectiveness of training programs.
o Provides feedback to management on training outcomes.
o Keeps abreast of new product developments and updates training programs accordingly.
o On Site product demonstration to Sales team and Dealers

Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with IT background.
Basic computer skills of MS word, XL, PPT and experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on superior Excel skills. o Good communication skills.o Solid technical backgrouno Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.o Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.o Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees and customers.o Strong organizational and time management skill.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,348.17 - ?41,224.87 per month
