Responsibilities

On time delivery as per SLA with zero errors and customer complaints, to Follow agreed NDT Process flow with zero deviation. Ability to setup & use NDT (UT) equipment's and relevant analysis softwares Create/Update NC for all deviations, track & close NC as per agreed SLA Initiate QIP / SIP and conduct weekly meetings with factory

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering in any of the following disciplines - Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial Experience: Minimum 2 years of working in Wind turbine blade industry (preferable)/ Oil & Gas/ Aeronautical Industries Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in NDT (UT) for Bachelor's in Engineering NDT UT Level 2 certified - ASNT / PCN / Equivalent is mandatory.

Competencies

Good knowledge on Wind Turbine Blades manufacturing process Perform Hand & Machine UT Scan Fluent in English (Oral & Written) Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting day to day developments Team Oriented person with ability to work in a time-sensitive situation & get things done with quality. Possess good innovative skills with methodological approach
