Product & Technical Research Analyst Glut (AI Enterprise Communication Platform)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly curious and structured Product & Technical Research Analyst to support the evolution of Glut's AI communication platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product Strategy, AI/Technology Research, Market Intelligence, and User Experience Understanding. You will work directly with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to convert ambiguity into validated insights and build a strong research backbone for the platform.
Key Responsibilities: * Should be able to conduct a deep market and competitive research across enterprise communication, collaboration, and AI platforms; extract insights relevant to Glut's positioning and roadmap.

• Support Product and UX teams with user research, persona development, journey mapping, and insights synthesis to ensure Glut solves real stakeholder problems.
• Research and document integration patterns with DMS, SFA, CRM and other enterprise systems to support scalable and secure platform architecture decisions.
• Continuously analyse AI trends, conversational AI models, and enterprise RAG use cases to identify where Glut's AI layer can deliver meaningful differentiation and value.
• Analyse user behaviour, chat interactions, AI usage patterns, and adoption signals to generate actionable insights for product improvement.
• Prepare structured research briefs, comparison matrices, product notes, and decision-support documents for Founders, Product, and Engineering leaders.
• Track enterprise-grade requirements such as scalability, security, compliance, governance, and permissions to ensure Glut remains enterprise-ready.
• Identify high-impact industry segments and use cases where Glut can become the preferred enterprise communication and engagement layer, and support product and GTM thinking.

Required Skills : * 1 2 years in Product Research / Strategy / Consulting / Startup Product role.

• Strong analytical, structured thinking, ability to handle ambiguity.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms, SaaS, APIs, integrations, or AI ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with Product, Tech, and Founder's office.
• Self-driven, curious, fast learner, comfortable in startup pace.
