We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Product Support Intern
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting users and improving product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to users by addressing product-related queries through email, chat, or calls.
Troubleshoot issues by replicating scenarios, documenting findings, and escalating to the engineering team when needed.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and updates.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
Collect user feedback and report recurring issues or enhancement suggestions.
Assist in testing product features before releases to ensure quality and usability.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Good understanding of software products, basic troubleshooting, and user support concepts.
Ability to analyze problems, think logically, and propose solutions.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of web/mobile apps and usage flows.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
