Job Description

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our wool manufacturing company and coordinate closely with our ERP/software development partner. This role is critical in ensuring smooth implementation and day-to-day operation of our software systems that manage inventory, production, sales, and more. You will serve as a link between our production, operations, and the external software team -- helping resolve issues, ensure proper usage of the platform, and improve digital adoption across departments. Key Responsibilities: ? Act as the single point of contact between our team and the software development company. ? Understand the day-to-day working of the ERP or custom software used in the factory. ? Monitor how the software is used on the production floor and in admin/sales teams. ? Train and support staff on how to use different software modules (inventory, production tracking, etc.). ? Report software bugs, improvement suggestions, and feedback to the software team clearly and promptly. ? Maintain logs of issues, usage patterns, and common queries. ? Ensure data is being entered and maintained correctly by relevant departments. ? Support in documentation, report generation, and helping optimize software usage. Candidate Profile - Who We're Looking For: ? Eager to learn how ERP or industry-specific software works (training will be provided). ? A good communicator who can speak both "industry" and "tech." ? Comfortable with tools like Excel, web dashboards, and basic digital systems. ? Problem-solver with a knack for understanding workflows and improving them. Preferred Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Textile Technology, or related field. ? Prior experience in support, operations, or ERP usage is a plus. ? Ability to speak in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages is a bonus.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
