Roles & Responsibilities
Provide
first-level support
for Accounting, GST, E-Invoice, and E-Way Bill modules.
Understand customer issues and assist via
email, chat, and calls
.
Log, track, and follow up
on customer tickets until resolution.
Coordinate with
technical and product teams
for closure of issues.
Use
Excel (formulas, pivots, macros)
for data verification and reconciliation.
Maintain
FAQs, help guides, and support documentation.
Collect
customer feedback
and share insights with the product team.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
