  • Provides in-depth product support (L1 and L2) to FIS clients by resolving incoming enquiries.
  • Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
  • Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
  • Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning of software applications and recommends corrective action.
Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. What you bring:
  • 7-10 years of experience of working as functional/business/Quality analyst and/or Support engineer
  • Hands on experience of Cloud (Azure) and on premises product deployment and troubleshooting
  • Experience into Dispute management/ Charge back, payments/ card domain - ISO8583 exp required.
  • JIRA service desk- Devops, build deployment.
  • Resolves customer concerns
