Job Description
The Product Support Engineer, will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner, and working with internal teams to identify and resolve product issues. The ideal candidate will have amazing troubleshooting skills, a strong understanding or experience in technologies like Electron, ReactJs, Nodejs, Java, SQL and tools like Git, Jenkins,Azure DevOps etc., as well as experience with test automation tools and frameworks like selenium, appium etc.
