Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat
Provide product support and basic troubleshooting
Maintain clear and professional client communication
Work remotely and coordinate with the internal team
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge
Multilingual advantage (Tamil + English mandatory)
