Key Responsibilities
1) QA Testing & Release Support (40-50%)
Test new features and enhancements across web and mobile before release
Validate bug fixes and confirm expected behaviour in different scenarios
Create clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots/videos, priority, and expected vs actual output
Maintain and follow QA checklists for core modules (Purchasing, Stock Take, Recipes, Reports, etc.)
Support UAT with internal stakeholders and selected clients
2) Client Onboarding & Implementation Support (30-40%)
Set up new customer accounts: sites, users, roles, permissions, and configurations
Support data imports (suppliers, products, recipes, menu items, PLUs, etc.)
Coordinate onboarding checklists and ensure smooth go-live execution
Assist in training sessions and client walkthroughs when required
Capture onboarding feedback and document issues for product improvements
3) Product Support & Client Queries (10-20%)
Respond to support queries via email/WhatsApp/tickets and ensure timely resolution
Troubleshoot user issues, identify root cause (user error vs bug vs data issue), and guide clients
Escalate product issues to development with proper context and evidence
Maintain a support log and share recurring patterns with the product team
