Product Support Engineer
:
We are seeking an Experienced Product Support Engineer to support Service Solutions applications. This role is critical to ensure the reliability, integrity, and operational continuity of systems that rely on connected architectures across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands distributed systems, SaaS operations, and can troubleshoot across system boundaries in a 24x7 environment.
What You'll Do:

• Provide 24x7 operational support through shift-based coverage.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve events, alerts, and incidents across Connectivity and CMDB platforms.
• Support interconnected enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot issues across integrated systems (IoT platforms, CMDB, SaaS services, cloud infrastructure, APIs)
• Support SaaS solutions like ThingWorks and Elasticsearch.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis across distributed and connected architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and service teams on escalations and fixes.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems support, or application support role.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift-based support environment.
• Strong experience troubleshooting production incidents and customer-impacting issues.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relation databases and hands on experience with querying using SQL like syntax.
• Experience supporting IoT-based, SaaS, or distributed applications.
• Understanding of PTC ThingWorx concepts, architecture, or deployments.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with agent-based architecture and data collection mechanisms.
• Strong analytical skills with a system-level troubleshooting mindset.
• Hands-on or operational experience with SaaS Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Elastic Agent, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Experience using osquery for endpoint visibility, asset discovery, or compliance.
• Experience supporting or integrating with CMDB systems (custom or commercial).
• Strong understanding of connected / federated architectures across multiple systems.
• Background in software development (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, event-driven systems, message queues, or microservices.
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
