Description & Requirements
Infor is seeking an experienced Product Support Analyst to join the Fourth Shift team that Supports, the Fourth Shift on-prem ERP system and its components. This Analyst is decisive, action-oriented, learns quickly, independently, and takes ownership of open issues.
Basic Qualifications:
Total experience: 4+ years
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, or related field preferred.
Excellent Knowledge of ERP & SCM domains including Manufacturing and Finance.
Experience in Product Support and Customer Management. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
Ability to work in different working hour shifts including Night shift and weekend hours if required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to create and produce KB documents.
Ability to provide technical consultation to the customers and be able to connect remotely with customer and then resolve the issue and have to be Self-motivated, results oriented and deadline drive.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Manufacturing and Finance product support.
Hands-on experience with:
+ Order Management
+ Inventory Management
+ EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
+ Accounts Receivable (AR)
+ Accounts Payable (AP)
Regularly attend team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and provide status updates
Recommend new techniques that can help increase productivity
Work closely with end customer's ensure product is working as per expectations
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot issues reported by the customers, support or QA.
