Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Camstar MES and a strong understanding of Production Operations Reporting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Camstar MES solutions for manufacturing processes. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement ensuring efficient operations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Camstar MES to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Camstar MES. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements. Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal functionality. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Camstar MES system to support reliable reporting and decision-making. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Camstar MES with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and upgrades. Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. Support production operations reporting by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Contribute to the companys goals by driving operational efficiency and supporting sustainable manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical expertise in Camstar MES with proven experience in system implementation and support. Demonstrate a solid understanding of production operations reporting and its impact on manufacturing processes. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support informed decision-making. Have experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
