Qualification - Bsc Biochemistry / MLT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Primary Sales Target Achievement of Controls & Calibrators.

2. Timely post installation training at customer site.

3. Timely attending (within 24 Hours) and resolving (within 72 Hours) the complaints of Reagents.

4. Achieving and exceeding UCP (Unique Customer Personal Order Booking)

5. Meeting all the fully auto customers in a quarter and RR (Reagent Rental) customers within the territory minimum once a month

6. Timely submission of all the reports (TSR, Post Installation Training) by self.

7. To achieve the customer satisfaction during survey (>90% customer must rate good and above).

8. Field training for SE & FLSP

9. Equipment evaluation

10. Presales activities and technical promotion of High Value products.

11. Coordination of Demo, Training , CME & EXPO.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
