Leading Pharma companies like Sun pharma, Cipla, Micro are our esteemed clients. Customers for Medsygn are Doctors having OPD practice at own clinics, polyclinics, small hospitals.
Profile expectations
Educational Qualification: BBA / MBA / PGDBM / B. Sc. / Pharma
Work Experience: 1 - 2 years in Customer Service management preferably from Healthcare industry
Skills: Should be excellent in Communication, Tech Skills, Presentation & Training Skills
Should have inclination towards marketing, customer interaction & management
Role and Responsibilities
Maximize the conversion rate of customers / doctors from demonstration stage to account creation stage
Maximize the usage rate of customers / doctors who have been provided accounts
Resolve all the queries / support needs within 24 hrs.
Medsygn platform demonstrations to various doctor's / patients' ON-LINE basis; either in groups or if necessary, one or one. Could be up to 2-3 demonstrations per day but would vary upwards / downwards depending upon requirements of the business
Using the data provided by sales teams, register the doctors on Medsygn platform
Call up customers / doctors who have been provided Medsygn accounts and support them in actual usage of the platform. Address their queries, problems etc. so actual usage is improved.
Maintain the records of these interactions so we become more efficient in deciding which customers to be followed up & prepare action plan accordingly.
Maintain customer / doctor data base to track them in terms of stages of adoption; demonstration stage, interest stage, account created stage, actual usage stage and other queries etc. Use the data base to plan actions to drive customers thru the stages and maximize usage.
Satisfactorily address all the queries and mails / calls that have reached to Medsygn Support/ Medsygn website and resolve them. Seek any technical support if required from technical team at Synaegis.
Marketing initiatives of reaching out to customers, using different mediums -WA/Email/social media, & necessary analysis & actions to onboard.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
