• Benchmarking trials of products to establish the performance & to create the product USPs.
• Tractor suitability & uses for the application - study and training to CBU team.
• Products performance analysis - product insight & customers survey.
• Identify the training needs for Sales & Services function.
• CBU & Dealer Team Training over the product & demonstration.
• Run central campaigns & initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to develop and design the marketing and technical communication tools.
• Study the competitions new launched models for understanding Product positioning activity & growth.
• Continuous capturing of customer voice on product suitability & performance
• Market/Industry Intelligence.
