PURPOSE OF THE ROLE- The Product Specialist is responsible for product management of Gastroenterology products and support for clinical activity in his region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key Opinion leaders/ users. Achievement Gastroenterology Product mix in his/her region. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for marketing activities in line with the strategic marketing plan for Gastroenterology Center of excellence activities like demonstration support during the training programs, interaction with the trainees for query resolution on systems, developing relationship with the proctors and team for smooth execution of the programs PG Engagement Activities for upcoming Gastroenterologists HCP/KOL management Working towards developing new center of excellence sites for activities starting from national level widening it further to regional level Developing good relations with users/clinicians End to end support to assigned HCP\'s, managing expectations in line with organizational policies Application support for focused HCP oriented initiatives, marketing activities, events and conferences Liaison and networking with key stake holders internally and externally to strengthen marketing propositions Vendor Management for successful conduction of in house Marketing activities Development of brochures, standee, booth designs and other marketing collaterals for marketing communication for the strategic initiatives, campaigns and activities Gather information about key marketing activities done by competitors Gather the Information about own products and competitors\' products Internal sales training on key products and applications Supporting in house training for Upcoming Gastroenterologists MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education MBA Marketing/B. Tech (Biomedical/ Biotechnology ) with MBA preferably Specialized experience 2-5 years of experience in marketing/product management roles
