Main Accountabilities

Market Situation Analysis

Monitor local and global trends in digitalization and AI for industrial drives. Conduct competitor analysis and identify gaps in ABB's digital portfolio. Evaluate market size, growth potential, and customer requirements for digital solutions.

Existing Portfolio Management

Ensure interoperability of digital solutions across LV AC Drives and related products. Manage technical specifications and support business case development for digital enhancements. Track major warranty cases and quality cost drivers for digital offerings.

New Portfolio Development

Collect and analyze standards, cybersecurity requirements, and customer needs for digital solutions. Support creation of business cases for new digital offerings (e.g., remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, AI-driven optimization). Contribute to defining technical characteristics for new digital products.

Product Launch & Market Communication

Prepare marketing and technical communication materials for digital offerings. Support local launch activities, ensuring readiness of tools, training, and collateral. Deliver training to internal teams and customers on digital solutions.

Customer Relations & Sales Support

Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, R&D, Service) to resolve customer issues related to digital solutions. Provide pricing, quotations, and technical-commercial support for digital offerings. Participate in customer meetings, webinars, and industry events as a digital solutions expert.

Analysis & Continuous improvement

Conduct market and competitor analysis for digital offerings. Propose enhancements and new features based on customer feedback and emerging technologies. Share insights with global product teams to influence roadmap and strategy.

Compliance & Sustainability

Ensure adherence to ABB global standards, cybersecurity policies, and sustainability objectives. Implement ABB's sustainability strategy for digital offerings, supporting circular economy goals.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in product management or digital solutions or application development. Knowledge of LV AC Drives, PLCs, Servo products and automation systems. Familiarity with IoT platforms, cloud services, and AI/ML applications. Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
