Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying talented artists and artisans working with different media including fine arts, graphic art, ceramic, wood, and mixed media
2. Researching, identifying, and analyzing market trends and opportunities in the home decor space
3. Creating detailed profiles of potential artists and artisans and initiating contact with them
4. Building and maintaining a database of artist contacts and potential collaborators
5. Coordinating with artists and artisans to collect item specifications and images for catalog updates
6. Documenting crafting techniques to assist in product descriptions
7. Helping in developing product selection and curation guidelines and criteria
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Oct\'24 and 29th Nov\'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Genuine interest in art, artisanal crafts, and home decor
2. Strong research and analytical skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency with email applications and with Microsoft Office
6. Eye for contemporary design and aesthetics
7. Ability to balance creative interest with organizational skills
