The Opportunity
"As a Product Security Engineer II in Cyber Security, you will be supporting security governance for a wide set of customer-facing products and services across full product development lifecycles. Your role focuses on executing security review processes, managing exceptions, and coordinating with development teams to ensure secure and trustworthy product delivery." - Sr Manager, Cyber Security
What You'll Contribute
Manage end-to-end security sign-off processes across multiple product development streams.
Coordinate security review workflows, tracking timelines and ensuring SLA compliance.
Lead security exception management program including intake, assessment coordination, and approval tracking.
Facilitate cross-functional security program meetings and stakeholder communications.
Develop and maintain security program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Oversee security risk posture documentation and communicate risk trends to leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate AI governance processes for generative AI implementations, ensuring proper review workflows.
Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within security operations, including but not limited to leveraging GenAI and agentic AI.
Establish and maintain security program documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
Must have skills like: Security Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Product Security, Process Documentation & Analysis and SDLC.
What We're Seeking
4-8 years experience in program/project coordination, preferably in security or risk domains.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Experience with security review processes and exception management.
Knowledge of security frameworks and risk management principles.
Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and governance considerations.
Good communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Proficiency in tracking tools, documentation systems, and process management. Tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SDLC and Risk management.
Security-related certifications or training like Security+ (CompTIA), CISSP Associate or AI/ML Security.
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Background in security operations or product development support.
Experience incorporating agentic AI solutions into internal business processes, preferably on AWS Bedrock.
Weekday working hours - 2 to 11 PM IST (UK shift).
