Key Responsibilities
Understand and present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in product sales, inside sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical product details and explain them simply to customers.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to join immediately.
