About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Product Sales Executive
with 1-2 years of experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving product sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Present and promote company products to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the management team.
Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures in a timely manner.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in product sales or field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred (if field sales).
Experience in the education industry will be considered a plus
