Key Responsibilities
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Identify, onboard, and manage dentists within the assigned territory/city.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct negotiations with dentists and secure profitable deals/contracts.
Address and resolve objections related to products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or relevant industry.
Prior experience in aligners, dental products, medical devices, pharma, or healthcare preferred.
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven professional.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
