Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and consultants.
Enrol contractors in STG's Loyalty Program and ensure active participation.
Conduct product training sessions and community engagement activities.
Handle dealer and site-level complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Support product sampling, demonstrations, and sales conversions.
Prepare periodic reports on sales, engagement, and market trends.
Requirements
Graduate or 3-year Diploma (any discipline).
Minimum
1 year experience
in project or channel sales (preferably in building materials).
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proactive, field-oriented, and customer-focused.
