Responsible for Sales target related to product in area/region assigned.
Drive the company vision and delivery of innovative new products.
Conduct market research to identify user need for new products and product updates.
Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.
Competition benchmarking to know product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats.
Establish requirements and specifications for new products.
Clearly communicate vision and goals of new products to development team.
Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.
Manage cross-functional teams in business, sales, product, design, and engineering
Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
Manage product launch and stock of products at different locations for initial period
Candidate Profile:
MBA with 3-to-5-year Sales experience
Good communication skills
Good language proficiency in Hindi, English (Marathi optional)
MS Office, especially MS excel
Sales process knowledge
Good presentation skills
Problem solving skills
Able to understand customer issues
Ready to reallocate as per company priority
