Job Description

Summary: The Product Sales role is a strategic, field-driven position responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales, lead generation, and client engagement across diverse geographies. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in expanding Farvision's market presence by managing sales and marketing initiatives, building relationships with existing customers, and executing targeted campaigns to increase product penetration. With a strong emphasis on travel and local market expertise, this role is critical to achieving business expansion goals and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:

  • Execute social media marketing campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate both organic and inorganic leads across multiple regions.
  • Participate in industry events such as Credai and Naredco to build a prospect base and increase market penetration in underserved territories.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop and manage print and electronic marketing collateral.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing strategies for sub-products to drive sales to both new and existing customers.
  • Oversee and approve commercial offers, quotations, and contracts submitted by sales personnel nationwide.
  • Recruit and onboard sales personnel across the country to support business growth and team scalability.
  • Lead pre-sales activities by compiling market-driven wish lists and collaborating with Product Team Leaders to guide product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of existing Farvision users, ensuring their integration into Farvisionworld.com.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create and execute upsell strategies that maximize revenue from current customer accounts.
Requirements
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in IT product sales, software sales, or ERP sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, client engagement, and direct sales in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and coordinating pre-sales activities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for product expansion.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 60-70% of the time.
  • Local market experience and familiarity with regional business dynamics across India.
