Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Product Developer to lead the development of new products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, market-ready products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Research market trends and consumer needs to identify product opportunities.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop prototypes and product specifications.

Source and manage vendors, materials, and manufacturing partners.

Conduct testing and quality assurance on prototypes and finished products.

Maintain development timelines and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Document all stages of development, including requirements, changes, and approvals.

Work closely with marketing to ensure product positioning and launch plans align with development.
Analyze post-launch performance to guide future improvements and innovation.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
