Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product & Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for managing sales efforts, developing business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Duties include strategizing and implementing sales plans, overseeing sales teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving regional sales growth. The role also involves ongoing communication with clients, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience of 5 - 7 years in Sales and Sales Management
Demonstrated ability in Business Development
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
Previous experience in dealing with HR personnel in companies and / or education sector is a plus

Salary will be fixed and performance based incentive. A hard working self-motivated candidate has an opportunity to earn upwards of Rs 20 lacs per annum.
