Role Summary :

This role demonstrates responsibility and accountability for AI reagent manufacturing at Hoskote, Quality assurance for CMS process/products and support FM product quality on case to case basis

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations : * In the area of AI reagent manufacturing /CMS Process/Product Quality/ Compliance, to develop and implement on strategic plans involves

• Manufacturing, QC, Packing, labelling and Preservation,

Instruments maintenance / calibration / spares and accessories procurement associated with AI reagent Manufacturing and CMS products and meet or exceed the KPI's identified

• Handling internal/customer issues and close it effectively
• Implement new regulations requirements (like REACH etc) and ensure compliance existing regulations like IMDG, IATA etc
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area in Lab
• Retain sample management for FG and RM.
• Testing of L1 & L2 specs for FG and RM related to CMS products
• Inspection of all types of materials (Incoming/finished goods/recurring/customer returned)
• Continuously track and reduce Slow move/non move/block stock/QM stock materials
• Ensure integrity and security of the data, Manage product, raw material and FG in SAP & QM databases
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process quality and participate in lean activities
• Preparation/Shipping FG samples to sales team for lab/ field trial
• Support sub/alt, DMP's for Localization of chemicals and process improvements
• Documentation and maintenance as per ISO9001 / ISO14001 /NSF/HALAL/EHS
• Support logistic team on DG shipment to other countries
• Utilize experience and/or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and can effect short-term and long-term business goals as they drive quality in India for CMS/AI products
• Assure EHS compliance and own at least one EHS framework element
• Requires cross-functional interaction and relationship with Planning, PSI, production, logistics, Sourcing, Technology, EHS, Product Management, Product Applications and the Commercial team.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's/Master's degree in chemical engineering from an accredited university or college

Experience Required :

At least 4-6 years industrial chemical laboratory and/or equipment technical support operations in the specialty chemical and equipment membrane industries
