• Define product features, pricing, and terms as per regional requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, IT, Risk, Process and finance, to gather insights and inputs for product implementation and innovations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive adoption of solar rooftop financing products among residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Identify target segments, channels, and partnerships to maximize market reach and penetration.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Keep a tap on seamless and user-friendly customer experience throughout the financing process, from application to disbursement.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve product features and service delivery.
• Monitor portfolio performance and delinquency trends to identify early warning signals and take proactive measures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to solar financing products.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
