Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop Training Programs:

Design and create comprehensive training programs and materials for new and existing products and operational processes.

Deliver Training:

Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees and/or clients, both in-person and virtually.

Needs Assessment:

Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the organization through assessments and feedback to tailor training content.

Material Creation & Maintenance:

Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, presentations, handouts, and quizzes, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, operations teams, and other departments to gather information and ensure training aligns with business goals.

Performance Evaluation:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance tracking, implementing improvements as needed.

Ongoing Support:

Provide continued support and answer questions to reinforce training concepts and ensure sustained understanding.

Knowledge Management:

Maintain records of training activities and employee progress, and contribute to maintaining up-to-date knowledge bases
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
