. We focus on combining functionality with modern aesthetics and are looking for creative designers who can bring fresh ideas to life through prints, materials, and innovative design concepts.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Product / Print Designer
with a strong eye for
prints, patterns, colors, and materials
, along with an understanding of
bag construction and production techniques
. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, and develop bags from initial idea to production-ready artwork.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design
backpacks, travel bags, and lifestyle products
from scratch
Create
print designs, surface graphics, patterns, and color themes
aligned with brand identity
Develop
2D sketches and 3D models
to visualize product concepts
Prepare detailed
2D & 3D design prototypes
, mockups, and technical drawings
Use design tools like
CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
, and other relevant software
Prepare
artwork files and design specifications
for sampling and bulk production
Collaborate remotely with
production and sourcing teams
to ensure design feasibility and print quality
Research
market trends, materials, and competitors
to introduce innovative ideas
Support design iterations based on sampling feedback and production constraints
Requirements
Bachelor's / Diploma in
Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW
Working knowledge of
3D design tools
such as Rhino, Clo3D, Fusion 360, or similar
Strong understanding of
materials, fabrics, trims, and production techniques
used in bags
Excellent sense of
color, patterns, prints, and aesthetics
High creativity with
attention to detail and trend awareness
Nice to Have
Prior experience in
bag design
(backpacks, travel bags, tote bags, tiffin bags, etc.)
Familiarity with
3D rendering and prototyping
Graduates from
NIFT / NID
will be preferred
