To plan, coordinate, and manage nutraceutical and herbal product portfolios -- from concept development to launch -- ensuring regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, quality standards, and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
Identify new product opportunities in nutraceuticals, herbal, ayurvedic, and dietary supplements.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and gap analysis.
Prepare product feasibility, costing, and contribution margin analysis.
Define product positioning, target segment, and USPs.
Formulation & Development Coordination
Work closely with R&D, QA, RA, and Production teams.
Finalize product composition, active ingredients, and dosage forms.
Review COA, stability data, nutritional values, and technical specs.
Coordinate pilot batches and scale-up planning.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with FSSAI / AYUSH / GMP / WHO guidelines.
Support label claims, ingredient approvals, and documentation.
Coordinate Artwork, Pack Copy, and Regulatory dossiers.
Supply Chain & Production Planning
Plan RM/PM requirements with sourcing & procurement teams.
Monitor production timelines and ensure launch readiness.
Track inventory, lead time, and product lifecycle.
Commercial & Marketing Support
Prepare product presentations, technical sheets & training material.
Support marketing team with claims, brochures & promotion inputs.
Monitor product performance, sales trends & pricing strategy.

Education Qualification
