Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our beauty brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty photography, an eye for detail, and the ability to capture stunning images that align with our brand's aesthetic. This role requires a blend of technical skill and artistic vision to produce high-quality images for use across various platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and e-commerce.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Capture high-quality images for product launches, social media content, advertisements, and the company website.

? Capture high-resolution images of beauty products, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and accessories.

? Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute photographic concepts that align with the brand's vision and marketing goals.

? Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet the brand's standards for quality and consistency. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is required.

? Manage all aspects of the photoshoot, including setting up lighting, props, and backdrops both in the studio and on-location.

? Work closely with makeup artists, stylists, and models to ensure the aesthetic and style of the photoshoots are on-brand.

? Organize and maintain a digital library of images, ensuring all files are easily accessible and properly archived.

? Stay updated with the latest trends in beauty photography and incorporate innovative techniques into the brand's visual content.

? Partner with the marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams to understand their image needs and deliver content that supports their strategies.

? Ensure all photographic content adheres to brand guidelines and is consistent in style, lighting, and color.

? Maintain photography equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition and up-to-date with industry standards.

Qualifications:

? Minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or cosmetics industry.

? A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in beauty photography, including product shots and model photography.

? Proficient in photography techniques, lighting, and post-production software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

? Strong artistic vision with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.

? High level of attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, high-quality images.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

? Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
