We are seeking an
Assistant Manager - Product Packaging
to lead innovative, functional, and sustainable packaging solutions that enhance customer experience and reinforce our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive packaging strategies across all product categories.
Lead packaging design and artwork development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Champion sustainability initiatives -- including recyclable materials and eco-friendly designs.
Manage vendor relationships, production schedules, and cost optimization.
Ensure adherence to regional packaging, labeling, and compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure timely and consistent product launches.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Design, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging development, branding, or design -- ideally in home, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and sustainability trends.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, ArtiosCAD, or similar.
Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling through design.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
