Job:Product Owner/Product Manager-Cards, ISO 8583Location:BangaloreExperience:8-14 YearsRoles & Responsibilities (MUST HAVE)Consult with product stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirementsYou will work with Product Managers to evaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for development and identify "definition of done" for each featureLead robust, fast (through) inceptions (identify scope, value, solution) and Own prioritized actionable backlogsManage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with internal/external stakeholders while balancing business requirements with technical requirementsElicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other technical documentationWork with the development team & provide walkthrough, resolve queries & communicate details in a timely mannerAttend standups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key meetings for the scrum teamIdentify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other product variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong collaborative relationshipKnowledge of Agile tools like confluence, JIRA and agile methodologyDomain Knowledge: (Nice to have at least 2-3 from below bullet points)Experience in Payments (Cards, Networks, Issuers, Acquirers)
Experience in working on the entire Card Payments value chain i.e. Online Acquisition, Decisioning, Billing & Posting, Fraud & Dispute Management, Network Compliance & Regulation, Loyalty & Rewards, and Account Management & Services.
Experience in working on Alternate Payments & Areas such as Wallet\xe2\x80\x99s, BNPL, Cryptocurrency, Open Banking, IoT based Payments, New Payment flows.
End to end understanding of the Payments lifecycle from Front to Mid to Back-office processing.
Experience of working across geo specific Payment types such as FedWire, CHIPS, BACS, Faster payments, SEPA
Deep understanding / experience of Payments Clearing & Settlement mechanisms.
Experience in Payments message types such as MT / MX, ISO20022 and proprietary messages
