Product Owner/Product Manager - Financial Services - 6+ years - Mohali
Summary - An Excellent opportunity for Product Manager to manage feature requirements, maintain a well-organized backlog, and work alongside Product Leads, stakeholders, and technical teams to bring high-quality solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for gathering and detailing product requirements.

• Translate business inputs into well-defined user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.

• Own, organize, and maintain the product backlog based on priorities set by Product Leads and stakeholders.

• Conduct regular backlog refinement and work planning sessions with the technical team.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and validate technical feasibility.

• Support the design process by providing user flows, basic wireframes, or sketches using tools like Figma or Balsamiq.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a related role.

• Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar systems.

• Comfortable creating user flows, diagrams, and wireframes using tools like Figma or Balsamiq.

• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
