Job Description

:

10 -12 years plus experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products (preferable)

Excellent writing and communication skills along with managing complex projects' backlog

Understanding of the Agile methodology and software development lifecycle and experience Microsoft software skills (Office, co-pilot)

Gitlab and SQL knowledge

Proven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment focuses on innovation and continuous improvement

5 years of experience in product management or business analysis within investment banking.

Strong working knowledge of

Broadridge platforms (Impact, Gloss, BR Trade Processing).

Deep understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).

Experience with post-trade operations including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.

Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, DTCC, Euroclear, Clearstream, and Omgeo CTM. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap for Broadridge-based post-trade processing systems.

Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and define product features.

Lead integration and enhancement efforts across Broadridge modules such as Impact, Gloss, and BR Trade Processing.

Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., T 1, CSDR, SFTR) and industry standards (SWIFT, DTCC, Omgeo).

Drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives using Broadridge capabilities.

Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.

Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and UAT coordination.

Act as SME for Broadridge functionalities including trade matching, settlement instruction generation, and exception management.
