Whistleblowing Portal

We are looking for a
strong Product Owner and Team Lead
to own the
vision, backlog, and delivery
of this solution. This role combines
product leadership
,
compliance expertise
, and
delivery management
, ensuring that our whistleblowing platform meets global standards for confidentiality, integrity, and trust.
You will act as the central point between Legal, Compliance, HR, IT, and product delivery teams, turning regulatory requirements into intuitive, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.
Your Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap
for Corporater's Whistleblowing Portal.
Define
product strategy, objectives, and key results (OKRs)
aligned with corporate ethics and legal goals.
Capture business needs from
Legal, Compliance, HR, IT, and end-users
and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Write
clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
that guide development teams.
Prioritize and manage the
product backlog
based on business value, risk, impact, and delivery effort.
Ensure the portal aligns with
GDPR
, the
EU Whistleblower Directive
, and
ISO 27001
standards in collaboration with security experts.
Guide delivery teams through
discovery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT
.
Track and analyze key product KPIs, including:
+ Report submission and completion rates
+ Time-to-triage and case resolution
+ Data retention compliance
+ SLA uptime and performance metrics
+ End-user satisfaction (NPS) Manage
vendors, budgets, and rollout plans
, including
training and communications
across global teams.
What You Bring
3-5 years
of experience as a
Product Owner, Product Manager, or Team Lead
.
Proven experience in
compliance, governance, or security-related products
.
Strong ability to
manage product backlogs
,
define priorities
, and
align cross-functional stakeholders
.
Working knowledge of:
+
Privacy regulations (GDPR, EU Whistleblower Directive)
+
Case management and secure data workflows
+
Access control models (RBAC/PBAC)
Experience leading
Agile/Scrum teams
and managing full product delivery cycles.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills -- able to work across global and multidisciplinary teams.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Nice to Have
Background in
enterprise compliance or risk management software
.
Familiarity with
incident management
,
reporting portals
, or
ethics & compliance tools
.
Certifications such as
CSPO, CIPP/E, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
, or
PMP/ACP
.
Experience working with
SaaS delivery models

secure hosting (Azure/AWS)
environments.
