Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled

Business Analyst / Product Owner

with strong experience in

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

. The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least

two end-to-end WMS implementation projects

and will play a key role in driving requirements, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver WMS solutions. Lead requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and documentation for warehouse operations. Partner with business and IT teams to design scalable and efficient WMS solutions. Define and maintain the product backlog; ensure stories are well-groomed and prioritized. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements. Support UAT, training, and change management activities for WMS rollouts. Monitor KPIs and continuously drive improvements in warehouse operations through system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years

of overall experience, with strong focus on

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

. Hands-on experience in

at least 2 end-to-end WMS project implementations

(design, build, and rollout). Strong understanding of warehouse processes - inbound, outbound, inventory management, and logistics. Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into system capabilities. Experience working in Agile environments as a

Business Analyst or Product Owner

. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work in a global delivery model, with overlapping hours to collaborate with US-based teams.

Good to Have

Experience with supply chain domain and integration with ERP/TMS systems. Exposure to sister domains such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP Supply Chain modules, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution. * Certification in Agile / Scrum (CSPO, CSM, or equivalent).
