Experience - 2 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the product backlog; prioritize features and improvements based on business impact, customer needs, and data insights. Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and product specs. Drive product development with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Service. Conduct customer journey mapping to identify friction points and improve engagement across touchpoints. Analyze product performance using metrics and customer data to inform decision-making. Ensure alignment with customer communication strategies including in-product messaging, notifications, and support content. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product vision and roadmap align with strategic goals. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to iterate on the product. Collaborate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile development. Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven environment. Proven track record in building and launching successful products, preferably in B2C or B2B2C settings. Strong understanding of Sales and Service domain workflows and processes. Experience in customer journey mapping and implementing user-centric design solutions. Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-driven decisions using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or similar. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and customer feedback platforms.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications like CSPO, SAFe Experience working with CRM platforms - Salesforce
